Apollo's Vision Computer Clubs is a non-profit, after-school computer-based educational club for children ages 8-16. Students explore their own interests, creating projects using computer-based design tools that are used by real-life professionals or emulate such environments. Using a novice version of these expert tools, projects can be made compellingly authentic, engaging, interactive and productive. Students working in this environment gain an insight into the work of real professionals, and learn about the practical sides of the different subjects they study in school. The initial focus of the club is on Robotics, with gradual expansion into digital arts, animation and game design, music, and additional fields.
